Completing the Neuro Life Coach Course in just seven days was an intense, challenging, and highly rewarding experience. The pace was rigorous, requiring discipline, commitment, and a willingness to absorb a significant amount of information within a short period. Franco is a genius. The course provided valuable insights into human behaviour, mindset, communication, and personal transformation. It challenged me to think differently, identify limiting beliefs, and develop practical coaching skills that can be applied in both personal and professional settings. Each day built upon the previous one, making the learning experience progressive, engaging.and funny. One of the greatest strengths of the course was its balance between theory and practical application. The interactive activities, coaching exercises, and self-reflection tasks helped reinforce the concepts and encouraged immediate implementation of the skills learned. Although the seven-day schedule was demanding, it fostered resilience, effective time management, and a deeper appreciation for continuous learning. Successfully completing the course has strengthened my confidence, enhanced my communication skills, and equipped me with practical tools to support and inspire others in achieving meaningful personal growth. This section made me stop and reflect. Until now, i had no power and know how of saying no. Through this course I have mastered that when we constantly strive to keep everyone else happy, we essentially outsource our self-worth to other people's moods.
