"Inquiry: Seeking Insights and Resources for Women's Leadership Training"
Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out and ask if any of you have experience facilitating a women's leadership training program or if you have come across any frameworks that could be useful. We're looking to enhance our women's leadership initiatives, and I believe your insights and experiences could provide valuable guidance. This is an informal forum, so feel free to share any thoughts or resources you may have. Thank you in advance for your contributions!

Thank @Julie Quin . This is useful. This will be my second run at a women's leadership training and the last one become a little to personal when we started talking about biases faced by women from the men and even each other. I am trying to find a way to avoid falling into a cry fest trap.
Tracking the Value of Workshops Beyond Participant Feedback
Hi All, ๐Ÿ‘‹ I would like to ask how you track the value of your workshops. I'm aware that we can use some tools to measure insights from participant feedback. However, I'm curious if there are other methods to gauge the success of a workshop in terms of the value it brings aside from relying solely on participant feedback. What are the most useful from your perspective? Is it more or less valuable than talking with participants? Thank you!

Hey Ivan, have you considered these: Participant Success Stories: Encourage participants to share success stories or testimonials that demonstrate the practical application of workshop learnings in their work or personal lives. These stories serve as anecdotal evidence of the value and impact of the workshop. Manager or Peer Observations: Seek input from managers or peers who work closely with the workshop participants. They may provide observations on how the participants' skills, knowledge, or behavior have improved as a result of attending the workshop. I use these all the time and I find them very insightful.
Unconventional Facilitation Techniques.
Hello everyone. What are some of the not so usual facilitation techniques have you tried and made fun. I recently tried the Silent brainstorming. Silent brainstorming: In this technique, participants brainstorm ideas silently, either individually or in small groups, without speaking. This technique allows for quieter individuals to contribute and can encourage more divergent thinking. Share some of yours, am keen to know what other crazy ideas you geniuses have tried.

Tools and Methods for Creating Captivating Proposals and Document.
Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently in the process of putting together a proposal for a new client, and I was curious to know what tools and approaches you use when creating proposals. Do you have any specific software or processes you swear by? Personally, I've found that using Qwilr has been a game-changer for me. It's a beautiful and easy-to-use tool that allows me to create amazing and interactive proposals and documents, including quotes and reports. Plus, it has a ton of customization options, so I can really tailor my proposals to each client. Have any of you tried Qwilr before? What do you think of it? And if you have any other tools or approaches you recommend, I'd love to hear about them! Check it out here.

I haven't done a video proposal before. Sound like fun. I will do some research on it. Do you have any tips or examples. I would like to give it a go.
