Turkish Get up
This morning was a sweaty one. I've never personally broken down the TGU into components and train those for reps. I really enjoyed that this morning (especially the extra challenge of slipping in my own sweat). I see so much practical application of those pieces, on the farm. What were your thoughts on those today? Fun? Valuable?... Obviously, if you have't done the workout, get off Skool, and go do it!

Loved it! Takes a lot of coordination to do it right. Really appreciated breaking it down today. I struggled to reverse the movement. Specifically, sweeping the leg back after coming down from the lunge. My back leg keeps hitting my forward leg

Thoughts? hahaha Anyone's first time doing those?

@Adam Phomin Nope, need to work at it. I did one-legged to a chair. Felt good though!

@Adam Phomin felt it more in the quads. Wonder if I'm not activating the glutes enough?
