Running an AI Agent isn’t enough. Having alerts if anything breaks is a must have but most people stop there. Having continuous monitoring over agents’ performance is what truly moves the needle. Just like a healthy business always knows everything about employees’ performance, same should happen with AI Agents. With the only difference that you can’t know the real-time performance of employees (their metrics are always lagging) but you can know that of AI Agents. You don’t even need a fancy dashboard. For some simple multi-agent systems you can use a chat interface like Telegram as we did with this one. Fast and effective.

Just finished watching the AI vault lesson 1 because I couldn’t attend the lesson (Thank you Dom for the upload and Francesco for your time). Two questions: - What is the name of AI scaling’s youtube channel (I forgot 😅) - Must we ask all questions regarding AI implementation to Dom/Francesco through SoWork (+ the pay wall of course)

Finished a giga brain play to enable quality "whiteboard" style content. I made a lighboard with a 2'x'3' board of plexi glass, mounted LED lights and use neon markers. Setup a Osmo pocket 4K camera with a clear black backdrop. I designed a DIY teleprompter, so I can focus heavily in high value scripts, so I can just present and speak and communicate clearly, without needing multiple retakes to record (if you know you know). Also relocated my RL office to a more minimalist space thats 3x larger. Priming the rest of the week. So I have a dedicated space for easy recording + can switch into work mode. The goal is to post 1X longform content a day on youtube by Feb. Feels good, man.

Saturday 4pm CET is the day with the least attendance to our Q&A Session. But this turned out to be a great opportunity for @Zuhayer Islam who literally had 45 minutes to ask me anything and we went pretty deep on a lot of interesting business topics, from tools to macro-economy and future opportunities.
