How Would You Get Your First Pest Control Clients for an AI Automation Agency?
I’m building an AI automation agency called Bytevo Solutions, targeting pest control companies in the US. My plan is to help them respond to missed calls, capture leads, and automate follow-ups using AI. I’m planning to use cold calling and cold email as my primary ways to get clients, but I’d love advice from people who have experience selling B2B services. - Would you start with cold calls or cold emails? - What kind of demo or free offer would make a pest control owner interested? - How would you build trust when you have no case studies yet? If you were starting from scratch, what would your strategy be? Appreciate any practical advice!
How Do You Build Trust With Your First Clients?
I’m starting an AI automation agency for local service businesses and I’m trying to figure out the best way to get that first bit of trust from a client. For those who’ve done this before, what would you recommend? Would you build a custom demo for them, offer a free trial, or give them a small automation for free to show what you can do? I’m thinking about things like missed-call text back, lead capture, or appointment booking. What worked for you when you were starting out?

Looking for advice: primary lead-gen channel for AI automation
Hi everyone! I run an AI automation agency and I've picked my niche — built out service packages specifically for them (missed-call text-back, 24/7 lead capture, AI sales/booking) and I know their pain points well. Where I'm stuck is generating consistent leads/sales. I've researched several methods — referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold email — but I don't have a clear picture of what's actually working as the primary channel for people selling into this exact niche. If anyone here has already closed real clients in pest control (or a similar home-service space), I'd really appreciate hearing what your main lead-gen method has been and how you approach it. Would love to connect and learn from someone with direct experience. Thanks in advance!

@Okasha Khan Thanks, that's helpful. I've been doing personalized outreach around missed calls specifically, but haven't been tracking replies/booked calls in a structured way yet — going to start doing that so I can actually tell which angle is working instead of just guessing. Appreciate it!

@Chetan Mishra Honestly not sure — haven't checked open rates, so I can't tell if it's an opens problem or a message problem. Reply rate has been 0 so far though. What volume/day would you say is enough to actually judge if something's working?
Finding Clients
Hi everyone! I also provide AI Agent and chatbot development services, but I’m currently struggling with how to effectively market and sell these services. I’d really appreciate any advice on how to find potential clients, approach them, and turn my services into actual projects. If anyone has experience in selling AI services or can guide me in the right direction, I’d be very grateful for your help. Thank you!
