PASSWORDLESS SWITCHING TO ROOT
Tired of typing password everytime you witch to root? Enable passwordless switching to root. Just type following: sudo echo "(username) ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL" | tee - a /etc/sudoers.d/(username) And now, when you will type sudo -i It goes smooth to root without asking for password.

Red Hat Linux
Hello everyone, I'm Joe! I recently joined this awesome community to be active with the world of Linux. I like to ask if anyone in the community is actively part of the Red Hat Linux Family? I'm learning Linux and using Ubuntu as my start, however, my focus is on Red Hat and so I like to ask what recommendations would be the best for getting there. My goal would be to land a Junior SysAdmin role if possible. As so any tips or advice along with what to avoid along along my journey would be greatly appreciated!

@Michael Sanderson Hi, Michael! I wanted to ask, what is the scope of RHCE? BTW, I am aiming for RHCA. I am Pharmacist by profession but have fallen in love with Tech.

Learning Arch
Hey folks, I'm trying to get into DevOps and I've been told that strong skills in understanding how Linux works is imperative. Can we add Arche Linux to the lessons? Or can someone point me in the right direction

Hi, Craheem! Start with RED HAT COMMUNITY PRODUCTS like FEDORA or CENTOS. It will take you some time to get familiar with things and if you put in hard work it pays off eventually in a great way.
