How much money should I give to my media buyer in percentage for work ? Is between 20-30% enough depending on his work ? Or I should too cheap or expensive plz tell me
@Uday Rajak That is tricky, you will need to trust the client to communicate how much they generate, specially for something like Gyms, if it was Ecom, it would make sense. Keep it simple.
@Shriram Varadarajan That is completely normal. New ad accounts take time to warm up and deliver results, you can speed up this process if you have existing customer data.
Experienced Agency Owners in the HOME IMPROVMENT Niche! I need your help! I had a meeting yesterday with a potential client who purchased the kitchen/bathroom Remodeling company last summer. He just got rid of the previous in house marketers because the were terrible (almost no leads and the ones that came in were from all over the US). He said his biggest thing is to grow the business as he has the capacity to grow but not enough quality leads. i have an in person meeting with him on monday. This would be my first deal but its also my first meeting. It looks like i can definitely get this deal but I need a bit a help from experienced agency owners who have gotten results. My questions: How much Ad Spend should I ask for to achieve desired results? How much should my service fee be? (facebook ads+calling to qualify+Review Campaign) How do I go about closing this deal? (in person sales process) (He knows he would be my first client but wants to see what I plan on doing for them) Contract?? He seemed interested in more than just FB ads (he was asking about improving the company website and different ways to generate clients) Anyone with experience/results in the home improvement niche please feel free to send me a DM, I'll be preparing for this meeting all weekend and your advice is greatly appreciated
You will find very surface level information on places like YT etc. Best option, find someone who knows it inside out, get them to teach you and mentor you.
How do you guys get your CPM down for facebook ads? I am currently at around $40 per 1k people seeing the ad and would like to get that lowered. Thanks!
This is a GREAT question. Here are a few things you can look into: 1. Make sure there is no auction overlap. To access auction insights, go into the inspect section of your ad set. 2. Make sure the ad is not saturated. Ad relevance score should be "Above Average" ideally. (Check the attached image for reference) 3. Facebook rewards ads of pages that have a decent page size, post frequency, organic reach, and organic engagements. This will take time, as you gather more data and followers, your CPM will reduce. 4. Q4 and busy times like November and Black Friday often increase auction competition and pressure, causing CPMs to go up. It is important to note though that If your CPM is high, better CTR and CR% can still make that high CPM profitable.
I’m trying to make a pixel and it won’t let me. It seems that they have changed it since Max’s video. Does anyone have a simple vid that shows how to create it and set it up?
In this video I explain EXACTLY what I would do If I started from scratch, as a complete beginner. I also explain the difference between SMMA Vs. SaaS, what I recommend that you do and why. Complete action: Comment below & share your thoughts on this. The best feedback will get a ton of likes & comments which will help you level up faster. Let's go!
So here is a quick loom i did demonstrating exactly what these guys or this guy is trying to pull in here because this is just funny at this point, dont get me wrong here i have nothing against @Saif Amanat but its just not cool when you cheat the system when others are grinding the leader boards, hope there will be some kind of action taken against this by @Max Perzon @Nneka Angelique. https://www.loom.com/share/9cdefe3c487c46c79fb35533634b80d6?sid=62dd4270-ce09-45f4-855e-d2d76cca12d0
@Saif Amanat Dude you are an IDOIT of the highest level and should be banned from this or any other community. I hope your Fiverr gets banned, I pray every platform bans you and you are forced to work for an abusive boss 6 days a week, 12 hours a day for a $100 monthly salary. People like you don't deserve opportunities. Your mentality is crap (trying to game the system) and you have probably never worked hard a single day. I apologize to @Demetre Peradze and everyone in this community for cheaters like him, giving everyone else from my country a bad name. @Max Perzon Please ban him. Also, allow me to post his freelancing links here so everyone can report him and get his profiles disabled. Hit him where it hurts.
A quick video about my journey in SMMA. Hopefully it will inspire you guys just starting out. The future is exciting for the people who know what they want, and take massive action! Let's go!
If you haven't applied to join yet, now's the time! https://maxperzon.com/apply-qa (Recording from our community call yesterday, hope to catch @Max Perzon next week we missed you! Watch this on 1.5 speed. We all discussed some pretty valuable things and answered a lot of questions that some beginners might have) 🚀
Hey guys I just got my first client. Really excited and worried at the same time. I don't want to mess up. It's an online luxury store that sell middle- high ticket shoes. Starting from $300 to $2k. Their target is to make 30/40 sales over the next month. What's the beat way I can help them achieve that?.They are based in Nigeria (a third world country) so it's not an easy sell. How should I go about it?
@Muhammad Osinowo it's completely OK. That is what this community is for. Buyer persona is a profile you create of your ideal customer. You will target these kind of people, address them in your ad copy. You can get this information by either conducting surveys or existing customers or you can use a method called "threading" (research this topic on yt, hubspot has a great blog on this as well that you can google) After this, you test different ad copies, creatives etc based on the personal to find the winning ones. If you are new, I recommend the exact thing @Max Perzon recommends, which is to hire a great media buyer and learn from him.
When you work towards something the outcome whatever it be is very uncertain What most people do is they start working towards a goal and only at the very end they know the Outcome. ( WIN/LOOSE) Thats exactly What you I would be avoiding and you should too ! So what else to do ? If I was you I would do exactly this : I would create a timeline for that certain goal- In the case of this SMMA challenge 90 days Then I would break down this goal of mine which is to make 10K$ in 3 Months into 90 days At the end of Each day I would mark that day as W or an L This way at the end or somewhere in the middle I would be certain to achieve this goal and would be very high in confidence, Because I would have stacked Wins Everyday Only a matter of time until these wins equate to the big WIN which is to earn 10K I learnt this and would be applying this framework. Although , it takes time but in this journey I would sharing such stuff to help all in the community on daily basis because I believe thats How I give back to the free community @maxperzon has created which so far I am loving . If you feel we are link minded , hit me up in DM and let's connect. At the end we all will celebrate our..........
@Goungthui Thaimei sure. Let me explain with a little story first. I saw an influencers video featuring a guy studying digital innovation in Italy and the video went viral. Everyone wanted to get in touch with this regular guy to seek his advice on how to get accepted at that university for that program which only took 120 students globally each year. While everyone was reaching out to him on his ig, fb and whatsapp. I decided to message him on somewhere where no one was reaching out to him and spoke to him on call for 30 mins while others were struggling to even get a reply. He admitted to be saying "there are a 1000 pending DMs since a while that I haven't gotten back to, but your method of reaching out was unique so I agreed to the call" Lesson here: walk the path that has not been treaded on yet. Literally everyone is targeting the same 30k to 100k businesses on D7. These businesses get 100s of emails and cold calls everyday. What makes you think you can stand out.
