Training Material + 1 on 1 Coaching ✔️ Go through all the High Ticket sales training and depending on which Level (7 Milestones) you are at, you will find different parts beneficial 🔸 Offer & Unique Mechanism Creation - For Level 2 and 3, nailing this with your coach will provide instant growth. 🔸 Setter & Closer Scripts - Creating scripts and knowing how to navigate calls becomes important in Level 4. 🔸 Objection Handling & Follow Ups - At Level 5, you will most likely have a Sales team. Knowing how to tackle objections on the call, pushing for payment and creating a follow up pipeline is the next growth lever. 🔸 Sales System & Process - At Level 6 & 7, your entire reliance is on your teams and if there is leakage, you will struggle to grow. Have your 1 on 1 coach review your current system. 2. Group Coaching ✔️ There are 4 levels that every Agency owner will go through 🔸 Awareness - You lack knowledge on a topic. Be an observer in those calls and learn from others' questions. 🔸 Selection - You figured out which methods might work. Get on calls with me (1 per week) and I can recommend ones suitable for your agency. 🔸 Implementation - Go back to the group coaches for those methods and get an implementation roadmap. 🔸 Feedback - Once you implement it, you will need to review it with the Coach to ensure it is properly done.
