To submit my VA assignments. We are all stumped in scheduling and when we heard the next assigmment is clickup our class was like HELL NO! So the instructor did 'agena & planning' instead for this week to buildup momentum from the relatively easy to difficult tasks.
When you say 'No' to things that don't serve you, you are actually saying 'Yes!' to yourself. Alongside your 'To Do' list, it can be equally powerful to have a 'To NOT do' list that protects clear priorities and boundaries.
@Philip Barber I faced the same problem some time back. What helped me was eliminate distractions. I worked with 1 tab open only and put my mobile and all 'pings' on silent. A book I'd suggest is 'The One Thing' by Gary Keller & Jay Papasan whose summary is that by focusing on 1 task you become extraordinarily productive. Hope these tips help.π
