I've heard a lot of freelancers talk about Fiverr that it records IP address and Mac address to protect multiple account. Does Upwork do the same? Or it's just a myth? I usually do some journeys and in some areas I face internet outage, should I rely on a public internet to access my Upwork if my phone data not working?
