This Skool has been interesting; I have a B2B SaaS that allows easy creation and collection of video reviews, and most of my clients are business and rei coaches. I am a software engineer and had a business coach who pushed me to do the marketing side of things. The app works great; unfortunately, he had another project that suddenly made a big move in the market, and they are planning a 7 figure exit, and his time is all there and not assisting me. I am tired of waiting for all 'his' people to be available, so I have started learning the business/marketing/COO sides. I have built many 7 figure apps, but I have never been involved in this side of things. I have a software dev company and build full-stack, mobile, business automation, and basic AI chat apps through RAG organizational apps; my current project has a knowledge base of 10 million records and growing. I am interested in something other than GHL or Brunson's funnels or affiliate marketing paths that don't provide what I seek. I don't want Appollo or something similar; I know how to use these, and I know how to build very robust scrapers. I want to start scaling with advertising, and here are the areas I would like to learn or swap knowledge with other professionals on: 1. prepping my web app copy for sales 2. funnels and mailing lists (really the nuts and bolts) 3. structuring the sales flow to maximize time and effort 4. FB, IG, LinkedIn ads 5. Sales techniques for my team 6. Cold email strategies 7. Cold message strategies 8. using social media, i.e. TikTok, YouTube, etc for gathering quality leads
