Human like ai voice agents that can handle customer queries and log incidents. Usage of LLMs (specially openAI or any other public models) are Not encouraged or allowed by Enterprises/Companies like Banks. How to handle such scenarios as I see few AI voice agents on the internet/videos, but not production ready ? can you guide me here & thoughts please.
