@Dan Robert There are some buildings in Florida that I have no choice but to obtain them by adverse possession that has been sitting for a while still it doesn’t mean if it’s lock up.

Walmart could give me a good wholesale on a couple of laptops also I have a membership, anything that I buy is under warranty.

@Dan Robert Doing things in real estate that qualifies a business plan, I’m focusing on some wholesale properties supposedly first, illinois foreclosures auction second, everything else is promissory notes, commercial adverse possession, distress properties, tax lien & deed auction.

@Mario MarreroMr. Marrero, you're not alone in having a lot of questions. I had just as many, and I only found the answers after realizing the mistakes I made while dealing with distractions. There was passive income could have earned, promissory notes missed, and contractors could have brought on, but I missed those chances. I'm now focused on using my time more efficiently, even though some setbacks were simply unavoidable.
