Most CRM migrations donโ€™t fail because of โ€œdata.โ€
They fail because of the invisible logic no one checks. Everyone talks about moving contacts, pipelines, tags, deals, but almost no one talks about the real reason migrations break revenue: - Automations donโ€™t translate. - Triggers donโ€™t fire the same way. - Workflows lose conditions. - Systems with โ€œthe same featuresโ€ donโ€™t behave the same. This is why someone can switch from HubSpot โ†’ Gohighlevel or ActiveCampaign โ†’ GHL and suddenly: โ€ข follow ups stop โ€ข opportunities freeze โ€ข leads never enter the correct stage โ€ข reporting becomes nonsense โ€ข revenue drops without anyone noticing And hereโ€™s the strange part: The migration looks successful on the surface. Itโ€™s the backend logic that collapses. Iโ€™ve done enough of these to know the dangerous part isnโ€™t moving data, itโ€™s rebuilding the intent of the original system so nothing breaks when the new CRM takes over.
