Your life is not the verdict. It's the reflection. If you've changed the man, the city or the plan and the same thing keeps happening, this call is for you. What we covered: Same movie, different screen. You can change the screen as many times as you want. As long as the same film is in the projector, the same movie plays. You're the projector. The film is the picture you hold of yourself. Your life is a mirror. You don't fix your hair by touching the glass. Your money, your relationships, your body and how people treat you all reflect what you believe about yourself on the inside. Fact vs. opinion. "I'm divorced" is a fact. "I'm unlovable" is an opinion. Your life follows the opinion, and an opinion can be changed. Why it keeps happening. Your brain looks for proof of what you already believe, then you think, choose, act and feel the same way, and the same results come back. Why you snap back. Willpower stretches you like a rubber band. Who you believe you are is the shape you snap back to. So change the shape. How to change the picture: 1. Write a new opinion. The fact stays, the opinion changes. 2. Borrow her picture. Write the qualities of a woman you admire, in the present tense, as yours. 3. Rehearse her every morning before you pick up your phone. Your homework this week: ✔️ Catch the mirror once a day. When the old picture shows up, ask what it's reflecting. ✔️ Split the fact from the opinion, then write a truer opinion. ✔️ Rehearse her for two minutes every morning, then do one thing the way she would. Drop your new picture in the comments, one word or one "I am" line. 👇 Let's shift, amiga. 🎥 This replay now lives in The Vault.
