Is the such a thing as a runners high & what is it?? Trying to run(ish) lol more, but keep procrastinating. If there is such a thing as a runners high, i need it lmao.
If I really donβt feel like running, but need to, I like to get on the treadmill and watch a crime show. Canβt get off until I know who did it. π
