Hey everyone! 👋🏾 I'm going to be finishing up the free course tonight and may go through it again and try a "practice run" like mentioned in The Service section before joining the paid membership. For those who did the paid membership, did any of you go through with setting up your LLC, TrukAi etc prior to joining or did you wait until after joining?

Got my first carrier out on the west coast today. The grand slam offer definitely reels in the fish.

I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)

I'm super lit! I think this is gonna be a great partnership. I'm a little nervous about my first broker negotiation tho. Any tips on calling for loads?
