I have reached out to multiple suppliers and I have not received any yes's from anyone what could I do?

I'm reaching out because I need some advice on setting up an LLC in the U.S., and I've heard that getting an EIN (Employer Identification Number) can take 5 to 8 weeks. I'm not based in the U.S., and time is of the essence.
