Adding SMS + Human In The Loop to Retell Agent - HELP.
Have built an agent on Retell that I'm testing for a prospect. I want to add in an SMS function where it'll send a follow up summary text to the caller's phone. I also want the agent to be able to go back and forth with the caller if needed, and if necessary, to be able to call on an employee or real person for help to answer a nuanced query or question. The main challenge I'm facing is that the Retell webhook doesn't communicate with Make or N8N at all, making it impossible to build this automation. Solutions tested: - updated prompt to be more direct (this could still be the issue) - changed from test to production webhook URL - changed Twilio number - changed platform from make.com to N8N - created a new agent Also, is anyone in this community from Sydney?? I'm looking for a buddy to yarn to about AI HAHA! lmk

Male vs Female AI Voice Receptionist
Hey all, I’m curious to know, has anyone noticed a difference in customer experiences with a male AI receptionist, compared to a female? I’ve got this idea I’ve sprung up in my head that convinces me customers are more likely to be patient, fair, and I guess understanding when they’re met with a female voice. Don’t know the psychology behind it but wanted to see what everyone else thinks.

@Bailey Martin Interesting point. Female voices are often perceived as warmer, which may encourage more patience but tone and empathy matter more than gender overall.
