Today I finished Day 1 of the 7-Day AI Automation Challenge, and it was one of the most hands-on AI projects I’ve built so far. ✅ Built a complete workflow that: - Research a topic with Perplexity AI - Writes the newsletter using Claude (via OpenRouter) - Converts it into a responsive HTML email - Automatically sends it through Gmail - The best part was watching the entire pipeline run successfully from start to finish and seeing the newsletter land in my inbox. That moment made the WAT (Workflows • Agents • Tools) framework really click for me. Next goal: Build an even more advanced automation on Day 2 using MCP servers. 🚀

One Year of Learning AI Automation & Agents — Here Are My Biggest Takeaways I've been learning AI automation and AI agents for about a year now. I'm still a beginner, but looking back, a few lessons have really stood out. Tools aren't the hard part. New AI tools come out every week. Learning a tool is usually easier than understanding the workflow you're trying to improve. Start with the problem, not the automation. The best automations solve a real bottleneck. If there's no clear problem, even a great automation won't create much value. Simple often beats complex. A basic workflow that saves someone 30 minutes every day can be more valuable than a complicated AI agent that rarely gets used. Testing is part of building. Very few automations work perfectly the first time. Small improvements based on feedback make a huge difference. Communication matters as much as technical skills. If you can't understand what someone is actually trying to achieve, it's hard to build the right solution. I'm still learning every day, but these lessons have changed how I approach AI. For those who've been building with AI for a while, what's one lesson you wish you had learned earlier?

I was so surprised to find that I can upload Zip files of my AIOS and my LLM wiki (download from GitHub) and use ChatGPT Work to craft folder system inside the storage of ChatGPT to make a second brain context system that can be shared between Chat and Work! Super cool! Second brain on the go!

There are only Three Ways AI Creates Profit.. Before that One thing we have to understand , Businesses Don't care About Ai Agents Or Automations They care about profit, Specially Increasing their Profit. AI is just a means to that end. So if you don't know where profit actually comes from, It doesn't Matter how good you are with technology, It will just be a Guessing. So, Here is the catch In Any Business, Profit Only comes from three places:- ~Get more Customers. ~Make each customer worth more. ~Cut costs. That's it there is no fourth option. Everything falls into one of these three categories, Be it- ~A new Marketing Campaign, ~A premium tier or Upsell, ~Streamlining Operations. Etc. whatever you pick. And the Good News? AI can improve all of these.
