Title company
Guys I’ve called almost every title company In the bay and none of them can help me. My deal is about to die. What can I do?

Title company!
Guys my title company won’t insure my deal because they don’t want me to make an assignment fee of $50,000. Can someone please direct me to a title company in California that won’t care?

I thought the title company I was working with would be wholesaler friendly. But it turns out they’re not. I’m not sure what I did wrong, but the title company just said I’m making too much money. I’ve called other title companies but a lot of them don’t do assignment of contract. So I’ll just have to double close. You probably won’t make this same mistake if you just find a title company that does assignments first before you find a deal

My title company cannot ensure my deal because “my assignment fee is too high” I’m pretty annoyed but I’m spending today looking for a different company
