Who Can I Serve Today?
As we talked about last week, the crux of any business is gaining new clients. Lead generation done with the wrong mindset can feel salesy, disingenuous, and downright fake. Let's talk about asking better questions, having conversations based on curiosity, and having a mindset of being helpful by serving. In this meeting we will talk about HOW to have the conversation. Specific opening questions, bridges, and leaving the conversation feeling like you actually helped someone through gaining clarity and giving valuable information. Loving Lead Gen- It IS Possible!
Most professionals don’t struggle with lead generation because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because of the energy they bring into it. When lead generation comes from fear, it sounds like this: I have to do this. If I don’t, I’ll fall behind. What if they say no? What if I sound awkward? Fear creates pressure. Pressure turns conversations into transactions. And transactions are exhausting. Now let’s talk about a different way. Love-based lead generation sounds more like this: I genuinely enjoy helping people make good decisions. I care about creating value. I like starting real conversations. I trust the process, not just the outcome. When you lead from love, everything softens. Your tone changes. Your body language changes. Your patience changes. And your results change. Fear-based lead generation is tied to outcomes. Love-based lead generation is tied to identity. Fear asks, “Is this going to work?” Love asks, “Who can I serve today?” The moment you stop needing the outcome is the moment you become more effective at creating it. People can feel desperation.They can feel pressure. And they can absolutely feel love. This is why two people can use the same scripts, the same systems, the same plan, and get completely different results. One is operating from fear. The other is operating from service. Fear makes lead generation heavy. Love makes it service. If you want real growth this year, you pivot and show up differently. When you truly love the role you play in people’s lives, results follow. Often more easily than you expected.
