I am 53. I have always wanted to learn to swim. I left my swimming lessons two weeks ago, scared of floating or doing anything in the water, except for standing, wading and walking. After going through the Caribe beginning swimmer videos (and some others), I returned to my lessons this week and on Tuesday, glided with a kickboard, with no instructor assistance. And on Thursday glided unassisted AND without a kickboard. I have always feared not being in control (or what I now know is buoyancy), and looking down into the water. But praise God, I did it on Thursday. Thank you Coach Jeff and Coach Meredith! God and your videos helped me tremendously. I will continue watching and implementing your strategies.
