Hello-One of my ideas was to start an ADHD Community like this in order to finish one project at a time in a safe space with ACCOUNTABILITY. It got shelved, like the rest of them. Ha! Happy I found this one and hope the 5-Day-challenge will help.

Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realized my 50 open tabs weren't proof I'm undisciplined - they're my environment handing me a verdict about myself before I even start my day. The problem was never my capability, it was the compatibility. Closing some of those tabs tonight.
