I am so happy you're here! My name is Joanna and I'm a psychic medium, energy healer and mentor. For a long time I wanted to create a community to develop your psychic & healing abilities, connect with spirit, build a grounded daily practice for daily guidance, healing & alignment, and this is it: Holistic Self Space is now on Skool. I can not wait to share, learn and connect with you. I strongly believe intuitive abilities are within all of us and by expanding them, we are more aligned, more connected within our own essence, and to others. Living in full awareness of our abilities and with the Spirit world can be life changing. Here is a small guide before you start: 🏠 The Community Tab This is your main feed — your go-to place to ask questions, share wins, get feedback, and connect with other members. Post here anytime. We celebrate everything, big and small. 📚 The Classroom Tab This is where all your trainings, resources, modules, and tools live. Organized, easy to find, and yours to access anytime — at your own pace. 📅 The Calendar Tab Never miss a live call, workshop, or event. Everything is listed here with direct links so you can show up with ease. 🏆 The Leaderboard The more you engage, contribute, and show up — the more points you earn. This is our way of celebrating the members who are fully IN. 🌸 Our Community Guidelines To keep this space high-vibe, safe, and productive — we ask that you honor these simple agreements: - ✅ Be kind, be real, be you - ✅ Ask for help — that's what we're here for - ✅ Celebrate others' wins like they are your own - ✅ No spamming or unsolicited promotion - ✅ What is shared here, stays here — this is a confidential space 🚀 Your First Step Right Now Don't just scroll. Introduce yourself below and tell us: 1. 👤 Your name and where you're from 2. 💫 What you do or what you're building 3. 🎯 Your biggest goal for being here Let me know I read and answer to all comments ❤️

@Jane Acolatsé oh, thank you for sharing! This is the first time I've heard of Ashati, and after searching a bit about it, I'm really interested in learning more. Could you please share a few more details on how you integrate it into your work and life? Also, @Joanna Cabot do you offer a course or program on this? I'd love to know how to get started!

Hi beautiful souls! ✨ I’m so happy to connect with this great community. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit of my journey. After navigating through a challenging year in my life, I’ve experienced a profound shifting and stripping away of masks, roles, and conditioning. Today, I perceive myself through two distinct layers: the "Big I" (my higher self, true self, psyche) and the "Small I" (the ego, persona, and roles). By slowing down, staying centered, and remaining grounded, I always return home to my inner space and silence. From that place, I feel, live, and witness my true self, observing life and letting it flow through me effortlessly, experiencing true freedom and liberty. 🗽 I call my true self Mona, and my small self Lisa. Right now, I feel I am living about 70% to 80% as Mona, and the rest as Lisa. My hope is to continue diminishing Lisa so I can fully embody Mona and live as my true self (Sat Nam) for the rest of my journey. In my daily life, I recharge and connect with this inner space through reading, dancing, and immersing myself in nature, whether it's walking or just sitting and absorbing its peace. Seeing your conversations about energy and healing modalities like Ashati has deeply sparked my curiosity. I am wondering how @Joanna Cabot together with this community might support me on this path of returning home to myself, and I’m so looking forward to learning and growing alongside you all! 🌿🤍
Hello and updates
Hi everyone! This is an update being back thank you for your love and patience! What's Actually Happening in the Sky This Weekend If this week has felt heavier than usual: foggy, unsettled, like something is trying to move but hasn't quite yet — you're not imagining it. There's a real reason, and it's worth understanding, especially for those of us doing this kind of work. Astrologers have a name for what's peaking this weekend: the Barbault Basket. It's named after André Barbault, a French astrologer who spent decades studying how the slow-moving outer planets — Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto — cluster together or spread apart, and what that's historically correlated with. When those planets compress into a tight cluster, it's tended to mark periods of crisis and contraction — the Saturn-Pluto conjunction of 2020 is the example most people point to. When they spread out into supportive angles instead, it's tended to mark periods of rebuilding. From July 19 to 21, these same planets form exactly that kind of supportive pattern — a shape astrologers call a basket, or a cradle. It's a real geometric configuration, not just a metaphor, and it lasts about 72 hours. Some are calling it one of the most significant configurations of the decade. I'm not going to tell you this guarantees anything, for the world or for you personally — nobody gets to promise that, and I don't trust the accounts that are. What I will say: this kind of pattern, historically, tends to mark a shift out of something stuck into something that can finally move. Underneath that bigger story, there's a closer one, too. This same weekend, Mercury finishes its final days retrograde in Cancer — home, family, emotional roots — right before it stations direct on Wednesday. The Moon spends Sunday and Monday in Libra, then crosses into Scorpio Tuesday morning, almost the exact moment it completes its square to the Sun. Big picture and close-up, the same three days. If you've been in your own field this week — separating what's yours from what you've absorbed — this is probably part of why.

Here are my thoughts on these 3 powerful questions: 1. What I’m letting go of: The need to carry other people's emotional baggage or live up to expectations that aren't mine. I'm returning what isn't mine to hold. 2. Giving myself permission: I stop waiting for a green light from the outside world. The only approval I need to move forward, grow, and live authentically is my own. 3. Making room instead of forcing: Forcing comes from fear; making room comes from trust. Leaving room means stepping back from over-controlling, trusting the timing, and letting things flow naturally into my space. Thank you for these grounding reflections! ✨

Slowing down, dropping the performance, and returning to my true essence. Rooted in Sat Nam, experiencing life from my higher self.
