#FriendFriday - post here please!
Every week we like to sing the praises of others on Skool who are doing amazing things. This is the place to do it! Please share the community, a description of what makes it awesome, a link, and a mention of the owner. Tag the owner if they are already in the CLASSIFIEDS or send them a DM and let them know you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day. This is the only place where affiliate links are okay. 😊

Should we go the Gadget route?
My husband and I run a community called Skool Automation. We help Skoolers run their communities more smoothly using tools and automations. We have everything in one app, where members can access things like post scheduler, calendar sync, giveaway wheel, Word2Chat, etc… all in one place. I’m thinking about the name for the app and I could really use your help! What do you think about SkoolGadget? It’s a little play on Inspector Gadget 🕵️‍♂️ Fun, maybe even a bit nostalgic… but my gut reaction is that it might sound a bit too “novelty” or cheap, and not as useful or trustworthy as it is. The safer option would be to just go with Skool Automation App 😅 Not super creative, but it’s clear and on-brand. Would love your honest thoughts Would you take SkoolGadget seriously? Thanks in advance for helping us think this through! 🙏

Should we go the Gadget route?
@Shannon Boyer I had some other ideas but nothing is really feeling right or the domains are not available. Do you have any suggestions?
@Shannon Boyer ah ah thanks!

The quickest wins you can give yourself today: 👉 Stop using a spreadsheet that never updates 👉 Start using a dashboard that refreshes daily 👉 Let your future self breathe Community Flow members get a Community Dashboard that tells you every morning: - Who joined - Who to follow up with - Who’s inactive - Who’s about to churn It’s honestly the best automated tool for Skool owners who want to stay consistent, don't want any members to fall through the cracks and don't want to pay $100+/month right now! @Shannon Boyer Yep! It really helps with tracking where members are in the member journey and make sure nobody fall through the cracks.

@Lara Sloan Yes it’s a spreadsheet that’s connected to your skool community. When you join Community Flow there is a video that shows you how to install it. It takes only a few minutes. You request a licence and as soon as it’s approved you are good to go, it will update the spreadsheet daily and give you a dashboard with reminder and alerts on who to follow up with.
Why Members Quietly Leave (and How to Stop It)
Here’s the truth most Skool owners don’t realize: People don’t leave communities because they don’t like your content… They leave because they don’t feel seen. Every churn moment starts with: - They stop posting - Then they stop engaging - Then they stop checking in - Then they quietly disappear If you can catch them in phase 1 or 2… you can save the membership. And sometimes? You can even turn them into a paying client! 🤩 The problem? Most community owners only see the churn after it happens. That’s why we built the Community Dashboard. It flags inactivity before you lose someone, and tells you exactly who to re-engage with. It’s like having x-ray vision for your community. If retention matters to you, this tool changes the game.
