Time for some tough love: I'm always amazed at how nit picky people are when they receive FREE leads! "oh I only want one zip code" "oh a couple of the phone numbers were bad" "oh I called 5 numbers and people didn't answer" Guys, seriously?!?! You are going to get ZERO deals done like this!
