Daily Journal Date: 20-January-2026 Day: Tuesday One thing I want to remember about today: I will not take any refine suger or any processed food What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept at 12:00AM Wakeup for namaz at 6:30 & then sleep again at 7:30 Wake up at 11:30 Total sleep hours: 10.5 hours What data will I look up after a month or year? I will look at my 1st Quarter goals after 3 months. Reminders: No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Avoid Scrolling What I don’t want to do today: Avoid Scrolling Day Close Section Wins of the Day: The day did not go well because we were in hospital for more than 5 hours, but alhumdulliah God give me chance to do khidmat of my elders. Mistakes / Learnings: too many mistakes but will learn from them.
