My 1st daily journal day 1 Morning routine wake up at 4:30 ,__fresh coffee and some morning azkar 5:00__ some time on skill learning 6:00__ fajar 6:45__ workout 7:30__ college 2:00__ come home and namaz Zohar 4:00__asar ... Spend time with family and friends. 5:00:: learn something new 6:00 skool engagement 7:00:: doing work from clg 8:00. Back to desk for skill learning 8:30. Post content on insta + 100 pushups 😎💪 9:30. At bed and 💤 💤 💤.

Daily Journal Date: 21-January-2026 Day: Wednesday One thing I want to remember about today: I will not take any refine suger or any processed food What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? 12:30AM-9:00AM What data will I look up after a month or year? I will look at my Quartey goals No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: Uni classes (from 10:00AM-6:00PM) Walk Learning What I don’t want to do today: Don'nt want to waste time in scrolling. Day Close Section Wins of the Day: The day was too busy in university and I got too tired after coming home, didn't did any thing after this. Slept at 12:00AM Wakeup for namaz at 6:30 & then sleep again at 7:30 Wake up at 11:30 Total sleep hours: 10.5 hours What data will I look up after a month or year? I will look at my 1st Quarter goals after 3 months. Reminders: No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
