Daily Journal Date: 3-May-2026 Day: Sunday One thing I want to remember about today: Don’t want to waste my time today. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? I slept at 2:00AM and wake-up at 11:00AM 9 hrs of sleep 😒😪 What data will I look up after a month or year? My monthly goals of may which I have set Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: I didn’t set my tasks on sunday because there was an event of engagement of my cousins, so I went there. Wasted complete day, bcoz engagement se raat ko 8 baje aya 2 bajr gaya tha, and phr namaz parhi mobile chalaya and 10 baje nahir khana khane chala gyaa aur 12 bae aya, phr din ki qza ki howi namaz parhi us ke baad mobile chaalaya 1 bae tak phr so gaya. Worst day in this month.

Slept at 2:00AM & wake-up at 5:15AM agin slept at 6:30AM and wake up at 10:00AM What data will I look up after a month or year? I will look at my monthly goals. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: - IMS seerah session - Quran tafseer 120 ayats - ICA reading - Creating IMS tafseer resources hub What I don’t want to do today: Don’nt want to scroll social media ot waste my time outside. Practice: I want to Upgrade my Excel and Data analytics skills. Speaking: want to build communication skills. Day Close Section Wins of the Day: The day didn't go well, I have not completed any single task completely. The seerah session I was taking and then customers came to shops so dealing with them almost took 1 hour. & the qurani tafseer ayat reading target was 120 but I only read 60 ayats. Mistakes / Learnings: I did not waste my time for personal reasons. The customer came and also a guest came to the shop who had taken almost my 3.5 hours. Prayer Times: Fajr: 5:20AM - 5:40AM Zohar/Jumma: 1:10PM - 1:45pm Asr: 5:35PM - 6:05PM Maghrib:7:03PM - 7:30PM Isha: 8:30PM - 9:05PM Tahajjud: NOT Time Distribution in Tasks Slept at 2:00AM & wake-up at 5:15 AM again slept at 6:30AM and wake up at 10:00AM Total Sleep Hours: Almost 7 hours of sleep
