Mediocrity..for a moment
Working on challenge 3. Method 2 really helps. Give into mediocrity for a moment. My commitment is to study Spanish flash cards daily. Sometimes it just has to be for two minutes.

Habit ques!
If you are struggling to get a habit to stick, an easy solution is to make the que for said habit obvious. I struggled to eat anything before my workouts and as a result my lifts and my gains suffered. Now I prepare what I’m going to eat before and during my workout the night prior so I have no excuse when the time to perform my new habit comes. I always set my workout clothes out the night before
R and R
Something I often time neglect is rest and recovery. Today I’m sick, I still want to go hard but if I do It’s only going to take me longer to get back to good health. So we compromise. An hour or two of extra sleep and a little less intense workout. Never quit completely. R and R is important, but so is remaining consistent even if it’s just a maintenance day and not a progress day.
