Nice lil find, quite a rare one
Been looking for a 2 crested spey for 10 years or so, thought I'd share with the group

@Andrea Hilton 2 crested Spey just means a Barbour Spey jacket with the older label showing two Royal Warrant crests. You can use the number of crests on the label to date Barbour jackets.

Found this Barbour Bushman today and thought it was worth sharing after seeing this post Three-warrant label, XXL, leather outer with wool body lining. Really nice aged finish and the lining is in good shape. Not one I come across very often. Interested to know how they compare to the waxed version Not as expensive or as nice as Zanders jacket
Help
Would you still sell these or should I not list them?

Difficult one because of the damage to the seam. You can take really clear photos and describe the fault properly in the listing, but there’s still a chance a buyer could return them. Personally, I’d only list them if the price reflects the damage and the condition is made very obvious.

Hi Lee, Welcome to the group! I mainly sell used clothing, but I’m looking at branching out into LEGO minifigures. Not sure if that’s something you have experience with, but I’d really appreciate any advice or tips on what to look out for when buying and selling them. Thanks!

@Lee Kelly Thanks Lee, appreciate it. I’d be interested to hear how you’d approach sourcing LEGO if you were starting out.
Royal Mail Issue
Sooo I don’t often have postage issues, or they usually sort themselves out eventually, but had a first today. Customer has ordered two pairs of boots from eBay, one pair from me, one pair from a different seller. Both got delivered today according to tracking, however buyer has messaged me to say mine didn’t actually get delivered. The postman has used the delivery photo for the other boots on my tracking. I’ve checked the other tracking number and it’s the same pic to. So one pic, two delivered items, apparently. Mine have been marked as delivered, so must’ve been scanned at the door. Buyer claims they don’t have them. Stolen by postman maybe? 🤔 I’m leaving it an extra day just incase they get delivered tomorrow. But anyone have any advice on this one? Tia Painful as they’re a £70 pair 😭🥾

Hi Best way I’ve found to deal with this is: Get the customer to open an Item Not Received case. Wait until you’re able to ask eBay to step in. As the tracking shows the item as delivered, eBay should initially rule in your favour. The buyer can then appeal the decision and, depending on their account history and the circumstances, eBay may refund them. If that happens, contact eBay Customer Service and explain that the tracking shows delivery and that you’ve already won the original case. They can review it and, in cases I’ve had like this, I’ve been reimbursed too, so both the seller and customer end up covered. I’ve had a few cases where buyers genuinely haven’t received parcels despite the tracking showing delivered, and this has been the best process to follow.
