Hey everyone! It's our 2nd Tip Tuesday, and today we'll be talking about avoiding burnouts. For those who don't know, I am in law school, and balancing cases with work can get difficult sometimes. 🥹 What I usually do is block out two or three hours to study or work. When that time is up, I unplug for at least an hour. I put the books away and stop working entirely. I use that break to decompress by playing games, watching a movie or going out for a walk!
