We have collaborated together to create the most up to date program, where he will be teaching the professionals: How to secure an app they built with AI ( Locally and after deployment ) Data compliance, Governance and sovereignty in different regions INCLUDING MENA region Building a full stack app, while securing it Avoiding Prompt injections and external attacks Ready made templates and prompts for future use. Anthropic just filed to go public. Here's what that means. Anthropic (the company behind Claude) told the US regulator, the SEC, that it wants to sell shares to the public one day. It did this quietly, as a confidential filing, which is an early private step, not the actual launch. An IPO (Initial Public Offering) is when a private company sells slices of itself (shares) to the public for the first time and gets listed on a stock exchange, so anyone can invest. "Confidential" just means the financial paperwork is private for now. So this is "we're seriously preparing," not "you can buy tomorrow." Price and share count aren't set yet. Why it matters: three companies worth over a trillion dollars each (SpaceX, Anthropic, OpenAI) are racing to go public, which has never happened. For us in MENA, the AI we build on is becoming serious, accountable, long-term infrastructure, and the opportunity window is now. ‫شركة Anthropic تقدّمت للطرح العام. إليكم ما يعنيه ذلك.‬ ‫شركة Anthropic (المطوّرة لـ Claude) أبلغت الهيئة الأمريكية SEC برغبتها في بيع أسهم للجمهور مستقبلاً، وفعلت ذلك بشكل سرّي عبر confidential filing، وهي خطوة أولية وخاصة، وليست الطرح الفعلي.‬ ‫الـ IPO (Initial Public Offering) هو أن تبيع شركة خاصة حصصاً منها (أسهم) للجمهور لأول مرة وتُدرَج في البورصة، فيصبح بإمكان أي شخص الاستثمار فيها. وكلمة "confidential" تعني أن الملف المالي يبقى سرّياً حالياً. إذن الخبر يعني "نحن نستعد بجدية"، وليس "يمكنك الشراء غداً". فالسعر وعدد الأسهم لم يُحدَّدا بعد.‬ ‫لماذا يهمّ: ثلاث شركات تتجاوز قيمة كل منها التريليون دولار (SpaceX وAnthropic وOpenAI) تتسابق نحو الطرح العام، وهو أمر لم يحدث من قبل. وبالنسبة لنا في منطقة MENA، الـ AI الذي نبني عليه يتحول إلى بنية تحتية جادة وطويلة المدى، ونافذة الفرصة الآن.‬ ‫دوركم: هل يغيّر هذا مدى جدية تعامل شركات منطقتنا مع الـ AI؟ شاركوني في التعليقات.‬ Anthropic vient de déposer un dossier pour entrer en bourse. Voici ce que cela signifie. Anthropic (l'entreprise derrière Claude) a informé le régulateur américain, la SEC, qu'elle souhaite un jour vendre des actions au public. Elle l'a fait discrètement, via un confidential filing, une étape précoce et privée, pas le lancement lui-même.
