Wanted to know if you had a similar experience: People have slowly been joining my free group (Woohoo!) but there is a problem… No onboarding calls are being booked, and my DMs are met with no responses. This has been frustrating to say the least. What have you all done to kickstart engagement from new group members? And what “default DM” do you all recommend as a strong message to encourage responses? Thank you all!

My average YouTube video would break between 60-200 views. I sat around racking my brain on why I wasn’t hitting higher view counts before I decided to try something completely new. I usually am big on scripting all my videos, but this time around I tried leaving my home and bringing a vlog camera with me. These elements are what made my newest video perform MUCH BETTER. Here’s what worked for me: 1. You don’t need flashy edits or music or a million cuts. All you need is a good conversational voice. 2. I stated what I was going to be doing in the first 30 seconds of the video. Then, I followed with a chat with my audience about a relevant topic (but not the actual meat of what I had promised just yet). 3. I got into the mindset of feeling like I was talking to a friend. TRUE authenticity is very contagious and desirable. 4. I told a STORY! Which is what kept people around. 5. I was not afraid to show my personality. 6. I was not afraid to tell my audience that I had failed a few times. People want to relate to something. When you find what works on YouTube, DOUBLE DOWN. This is from the perspective of a flat out ghost online, no following, creating 10 minute edu/content with 0 online status and credibility now getting paying clients, comm members and subs in 30 days. Spiritual niche also, the most oversaturated market with every tom dick and harry sharing two cents. This is a realistic example. I'm not showing how I made a million views. I'm showing you, the one who's either spent a year on youtube with 0 results, or you, the one who has so much value but thinks youtube is "long game" so you haven't started. If you think 30 days to start your legacy is long, then it's long. If you think 30 days to start your legacy is short, then it's a blip.
