Help me find a MD.
Hey everyone! Wanted to share a quick update on where I am with my practice. What's done: - My website is up and running 🎉 - I'm going with IntakeQ for intake forms and PracticeQ for booking. I like having everything in one place. In progress: - Finishing onboarding with PracticeQ and getting everything set up. Once that's done, I'm ready to go. What I still need: a medical director. I was going to work with Guardian MD, but it didn't work out. My medical attorney flagged some red lines in the contract, and they weren't open to discussing them. I've looked at a few other platforms since, but they offer less and their agreements haven't been ones I'm comfortable signing. Does anyone know a medical director in Michigan who knows IV therapy well, or who'd be open to working with a new practice? I'm aiming to launch in November, so any leads or referrals would mean a lot. Thanks in advance! 🙏
EMR - Booking System
Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could share some advice. I'm choosing a booking system for my mobile IV business and was leaning toward Jane App, but I've noticed a few people in here don't recommend it. My other option is IntakeQ / PracticeQ. For those of you currently working in the field: what booking/intake system are you using, and how do you like it? Anything you wish you'd known before picking one (pricing, mobile-friendly scheduling, intake forms and consents, payments, etc.)? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you in advance!

New Student🤑🤑
Hi everyone! I’m Flobrenne, an RN in Florida with 10+ years of nursing experience. 🩺 I’m currently in the pre-launch phase of building my own mobile IV hydration and wellness business, IV-FLO. I’m also an RN-MSN student at WGU, so I’m balancing school, nursing, and building my business. I’m here to learn the right way to launch, avoid costly mistakes, and build a successful and compliant IV hydration business from the ground up. Excited to learn from everyone and connect with other healthcare entrepreneurs!

I love the name of your business!!!!
This weeks update.
“Yesterday I spent the entire day on the phone. I was told my initial LLC name couldn’t be cleared because it had the word ‘IV’ in it, and that I needed to change my LLC to a PLLC instead. That wasn’t what I wanted, but I agreed just so I wouldn’t have to change the name — only to find out I still need an LLC, not a PLLC, for everything to work. The paperwork has already been switched over and submitted, and now I have to wait a week before I can make any more changes. I’m a little worried about the time this is costing me, and I’ll also need to call the IRS to get things switched back. It feels like a step back, but I just have to wait it out.”
