My name is Dennis, and I’m from Maryland, USA. A little about me: I currently balance a real estate business while still working my W2 job — always pushing toward financial freedom and building something bigger. Fun fact: I’m big on self-improvement and love learning how to grow as a business owner. How I found this community I actually discovered the Remote Freedom Community by following Austin on Instagram and his content really inspired me to take the next step. My goals & why remote freedom excites me What excites me most about working remotely is the ability to earn a living while traveling and enjoying a low-cost lifestyle. For me, freedom is being able to work anywhere without being tied down. Hello everyone, Francisco here from Texas! In terms of professional background, I've been in corporate finance (mostly banking) for around 4 years. I'm highly interested in exploring other remote job opportunities though (Sales, Marketing, Data Analysis, etc.), whichever will allow me the most freedom/leverage. I'd be grateful for the communities help on this. In terms of hobbies, I do love to travel. I went on a solo trip to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, and Tulum at the beginning of this year. It really opened my eyes to what's really possible out there, and how much environment and culture shapes our perceptions and beliefs of the world around us. Met a gang of people from Argentina, Australians, and a bunch of Canadians funny enough. I discovered the Remote Freedom Community from following Austin's channel for a while, was always a dream of mine to have that level from geographic freedom. Working remote excites me because I feel it's the future. In my experience, corporations generally make you go into the office to have more control, which I am very much not a fan of. Some countries I would like to work from are: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Various Eastern European countries, Spain, Portugal, SEA. It would be a great goal of mine to someday visit the Philippines again, I lived there until I was 8 years old before coming to the US.
