@Ian Armstrong I have tried trucoach, Trainerize, and NASM edge. I ended up settling for a notion template that doesn’t limit my amount of clients, and doesn’t have reoccurring payments. While it comes with majority of gym exercise diagrams you can also add your own through documents, videos, or YouTube links. Those are the pros. The cons: while effective, the client facing page isn’t “pretty”. It still reads as a template. It also doesn’t have automations although I’m told there’s ways to do things with zapier. So far I give it a 7/10 without automations. Mostly because of the lack of polish, and automation to take the leads to the client page with everything. It’s the Procoach Notion template. So if you’re aware of Notion, or can read a bunch of wikis, it’s pretty intuitive once it’s set up. Biggest hurdle is the set up, and getting familiar with everything. But once that’s done, the fact you can hav up to 200 active clients without extra costs will offset growing pains IMO.
