A lot is happening here. I am gonna tag some folks, and hopefully they respond. @Logan Boertje @Katlyn Thomas @Jason Christian @Bryan Morales @Aarnarian Snow @Coltan Brooks I have a different approach than most here. If you get a chance to play in college, you have AM lifts, school, practice, study hall, and study time. Some might have to work while in college, some have to find time to work out because of the level of play they are. Some have families. Some have obligations not listed. If you can't navigate working, training, school, and playing how will you navigate this when you will have less time and more priorities? This is where you sit down and structure a plan. If you are trying to wing it, it won't work. Take a dry-erase board, create a large one, and get to work marking things off the board to establish a structure and schedule. PLAN PLAN PLAN. I was a parent in high school. 16 years old. I had a baby (she is in this community), girlfriend, school, job, and sports. I didn't have a cell phone or an insurance bill. Something suffered, which was mostly my school work, GF, and child, for that matter. Something always has to suffer. Why can't you train, go to school, work, and practice/play? Are you willing to sacrifice time or sleep? Assume school starts at 8am. 5 am - Wake up - smash 20oz of water - small bite to eat for energy - protein balls 515 - soft tissue roll 520 - dynamic 535 - hip, ankle, knee mobility 6 am - lift 645 - core 7 am - high protein breakfast 730 shower and head off to school 9 am snack 11 am lunch 1 pm snack 230 snack or big snack for game days. 6 pm dinner 7 pm study time 8 pm bedtime snack Oh, and on weekends, you work two 8-hour shifts to get 16 hrs a week, so you can make some money. I have a product, Kilogear wearable weights, that you can literally wear all day and practice in and get stronger to eliminate a portion of your week literally wearing clothes. Just message me directly, and I can connect the dots there for you.
