i am working on this myself. I subconsciously reach for my phone. Today I did something different . I set my analog alarm clock for 4:30 AM. I went out of my bedroom into the living room room and meditated and journaled 5 things I am grateful for and 5 goals for the day . I did not touch my phone until 5 am and I stayed off social media all day until 5 pm. I feel different today. I’m going to do this every day this week. I will let you know what happens !
