So I’m changing things up inside ShelRay & The Sacred Pack. 😍 Less “sit quietly on Zoom and listen to me.” More COME AS YOU ARE. ☕ Come half-awake Monday morning with your coffee or tea . 🪑 Pull up a chair Wednesday night and talk about what’s REALLY going on. Ask questions. Share a win. Talk Reiki, energy, animals, healing, life, synchronicities or whatever is on your heart. Then we’ll close with a quick 10-minute sound reset. 🌙 And FRIDAY?! 😂 WE’RE HAVING A SLUMBER PARTY. Pajamas, Pets, Blankets, Snacks, Card pulls, Meditation. Stories, Laughing, Maybe some bowls. Maybe some absolute nonsense. 😂 Whatever the Universe brings. And Sacred Sunday is moving to 8 AM MT before the errands, before the noise, before everybody else needs something from you. This is what I want the Sacred Pack to be: Real people. Real conversations, Real healing, community that feels like HOME. And please hear this part, you are NOT supposed to attend everything. Come when you need us, Come when you need connection, Come when you need to laugh, Come when you need to get grounded. Come when you just don’t want to do life alone that day. @Lorraine Reeb @Angela Sastry @Shelly Ray and everyone. So, I have to share. Last night my 10 year old grandson comes to me and we were talking and he said he wants to see my phone. Okay, no big deal. He then shows me this picture and says who did that. I look at the picture and said why did you look that up and he starts moving his hands around. I said to him are you watching me. Thinking to myself the door had been closed. So I ask again tell me, what's up. He said I don't wanna talk and walks out of the room. Is this just crazy or IDK really what went through my head. Nothing bad, just it was strange and interesting. Like he already knows to. Thoughts?
