@Laurel Stacy Carnival is a parade celebration that happens all over the globe.It started in the Caribbean islands and now is in the states in the US as well as over 50 countries. Its a celebration of freedom and unity and is originally known as a mimic to the European masquerade ball that originated back in the 1800's when colonizers had celebrations that people of color weren't allowed to participate in until they became free from slavery. It then went on to grow into a worldwide celebration that shared by all races ages and backgrounds. Every year there is a theme and the costumes are very elaborate. I help people with all sorts of skills find work in these parades and I also make the costumes
