What did you do this week to move your business or training forward — and what’s your focus next week? Online Business: One thing I did was launch paid ads for our online community. Learning new skills like meta ads, split testing ad creatives, static images vs. video ads, new terms like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and so much more. Excited to keep diving in and sharing what I've learned. In-Person Academy: We are gearing up for the launch of our 2nd Academy location this Friday, January 16th! We've worked with 100s of players weekly at our first location for 2.5 years, so I'm eager to start this next chapter of expansion. Shoutout my guy @Michael McCurdy who will be our Feasterville Academy Director at the 2nd DCB Academy. High-Level Clientele: I made a film edit for Villanova PG Acaden Lewis. We watched it for 5 minutes before his workout, and then had a very focused/detailed 35 minute workout prior to his roadtrip to Marquette. He had 20 pts and 8 assists, gaining national attention and starting talks of him potentially being a one and done. It was so gratifying seeing the exact skills/situations we worked on and discussed translate into the game. The biggest area of growth for me has been telling my players not what they want to hear, but what they NEED to hear. Let's crush this next week, and Go Birds! DC
