🌼MAY DAY🌼 May Day has long been a celebration of spring, connection, and giving… a reminder that even the smallest gesture can bring joy!! 🌼May Day Prompt: Step outside today and celebrate May Day by exploring your yard or head to a park, trail, or neighborhood walk and look for wildflowers or lawn flowers. Discover all the beautiful flowers and blooms around you. Can you name them all? Do you see anything you don't think you have seen before? Smell them, admire them. What do you like about them?? If you are in your own yard, pick a few of them to make a small bouquet. If you are elsewhere, you can simply admire and observe them, maybe even take a picture. When you get home: Look up the flowers you found and learn a little bit about them. Do you think Bigfoot might like those blooms?? If you were able to gather a few flowers, tie them into a small bouquet. If not, you can draw or paint the blooms you discovered. Then, share the spirit of May Day by gifting your creation to a neighbor or loved one. There is magic in the simplest moments and so much beauty waiting to be noticed all around us! Explore.
