What if you're not exhausted because you're weak... but because your nervous system has forgotten what safe feels like?
Your nervous system isn't broken. It's doing exactly what it was designed to do. The beautiful part? It can learn to feel safe again. Regulation isn't about becoming calm all the time. It's about helping your body find its way back home, again and again. And when your nervous system feels safe, you begin to think more clearly, respond instead of react, and reconnect with the woman you've always been beneath the stress. 💛 Home is still within you. Have you noticed yourself living in constant "go mode," or do you tend to completely shut down when life becomes overwhelming? Let me know below. 👇

This makes me think of when I was doing my psychology master’s, building my business, and keeping family life going. I used to sit down at the end of the day and feel like I should be relaxing but I couldn't. I felt like I had to stay switched on.

@Lindi Harmse read and bake and go for long walks (not all at the same time 😆)
May was a lot.🗓️😥
Honestly? I spent most of it stuck in my own head. Overthinking everything. Stressing. Trying to force things to work out. And nothing was moving. Then something shifted. I stopped pushing so hard. And out of nowhere the solutions just started showing up. One by one. Like they were waiting for me to get out of the way! I never get tired of how that works. June feels fresher already. Like something good is coming. Can you relate? Did May stretch you too? Or did something unexpected show up for you as well? Tell me in the comments. I genuinely want to know. 💛☕ Cheering you on

For me, May was a really busy month creating new content for my group, so June feels like the moment to slow down a little and share everything I’ve been working on 😊
Welcome! Introduce yourself & share a pic of your favourite coffee mug🍵 😍
➡️Before you dive in here, head over to the CLASSROOM TAB at the top of the page and start with the 📌 Start Here in the classroom first. It will take you through everything you need to know and get you set up beautifully. ➡️Then come back here and let's get to know each other! ➡️Comment below sharing where you are in the world, a photo of your favorite coffee mug, and something you like to do for fun. 😊

Hi from Kent, England 👋 It's lovely to be here and I can't wait to meet everyone. I love being outside either gardening or going for walks in the countryside. Here's my mug (although it's weak tea - I don't drink coffee)
