I always try to choose the first one and walk away, mainly because I don't like wasting my energy on negative things.

Are You Living... or Just Managing?
Many of us become experts at surviving. We manage responsibilities. We manage other people's needs. We manage problems, schedules, obligations, and endless to-do lists. My to-do lists keep growing at the bottom - sometimes it seems like life is just a big to-do. But there are times when we really need to come up for air and ask ourselves, "What do I actually want?" Today's Magic Mama question is simple: 💫 Are you creating a life that nourishes you, or have you become so busy taking care of everything else that you've settled for simply managing? What is one thing you've been postponing, minimizing, or talking yourself out of that your heart still quietly wants? Our dreams don't disappear, even if they evolve along the way. But they can easily be suffocated under that to-do list. Can we work on this together?

Yes, I have 3 children and a husband who works full time, so many of the household jobs fall to me. Alongside running my business, the days can fill quickly with school routines, sports games, meals, washing, appointments, admin, and all the other things that keep family life going. Because of that, I have to be very disciplined with my time and very focused with my energy.

Crossroads and New Beginnings
Most of us find ourselves standing at a crossroads more than once in life. Sometimes it's obvious: a career change, a relationship ending, a move, retirement, or a major decision. Other times, it's simply a quiet feeling that something needs to shift... even if we're not quite sure what. Have you ever found yourself at a crossroads in life? What helped you navigate it? Did you trust your intuition, seek advice, pray, journal, pull a tarot card, make a pros and cons list, or simply take one small step at a time? And if you're currently standing at a crossroads, what kind of support or wisdom would be most helpful right now? As always, share only what feels comfortable. This is a space for kindness, encouragement, and learning from one another's lived experience. Pull up a chair and join the conversation. You never know who might need the wisdom you've gained along your own journey. 💜

I trained as a teacher and worked in education for over 20 years. I was fascinated by how people learn and realised I wanted to learn more about psychology. So I left teaching, went back to university, and studied for my master’s in psychology. It was one of the best things I have ever done. I didn’t have a clear plan at the time. I really did it because I was interested, and something in me kept pulling me in that direction. Looking back, that one decision changed so much. It led me to the business I run now, and gave me a kind of freedom I had never experienced while working in a school.

🎉 Celebrations: Big Wins, Small Wins, and Everything In Between
One of the easiest things to forget on our spiritual and personal journeys is to celebrate. We're often so focused on what's next, what still needs fixing, or how far we have left to go that we barely pause to acknowledge how far we've already come. Yet gratitude and celebration are powerful forms of magic. They help us notice progress, build confidence, and invite more joy into our lives. Sometimes the smallest victories deserve the biggest applause. ✨ Did you have something to celebrate recently? Something to celebrate today? It can be anything: 🌷 A goal reached🌷 A challenge overcome🌷 A happy surprise🌷 A moment of courage🌷 A personal breakthrough🌷 A good laugh🌷 A simple everyday blessing Or perhaps you're celebrating something so small that nobody else would notice—but it matters to you. I'd love to hear about it. Let's fill this thread with gratitude, encouragement, and reasons to smile. You never know who might need a reminder that progress comes in many forms. 💜 What are you celebrating?
