I work at an internal unit of a government department that was launched about five years ago. My job involves making phone calls or home visits to people with mental illness, writing case records, and helping them stay stable. I hope I never see any of my clients in the news.

I have several roles in this company. The stereotype for my job is to get the lowest price for product, but found the balance for the cost and quality of product is the priority. The market sensitivity is must , especially sales team is not able to provide the according forecast. I have to say I’m like a fortune teller.

My working hours are very flexible. I can work online or meet with my clients in person. Most of my work is one-on-one, although I sometimes work with small groups. My most valuable asset is in my head. People sometimes tell me that I’m like a mind reader. But really, I simply just translate what I see in front of me.
