Welcome to Join Skool! πŸŽ‰
You're probably here because you're new to Skool, or just curious about what this platform has to offer. What is this community? Join Skool is your starting point. Here you'll learn how Skool works, discover interesting communities, and get the tools to use the platform optimally, whether you want to join communities as a member or start your own. (get your 14 Daty Free Trial here) We have SKOOL EXPLAINED in Skool 101 for you πŸ™‚ The 'community' area (button on top) is the 'Home' of this community. The 'Classroom' area is where you can find all other things, for example a library of other communities you might like. I've also created three simple modules to help you get started: πŸ“š Module 1: How to Enjoy Skool as a Member The basics: how to navigate, earn points, and use everything the platform offers. Perfect if you're just starting out. πŸ’° Module 2: How to Earn Money on Skool as a Member You don't need your own community to make money. I'll show you how the affiliate program works and how you can generate income by recommending communities. πŸš€ Module 3: How to Earn Money with Your Own Community Ready to start your own? This module explains how to do it and how to make a living from it. If you want to go deeper, I'll point you to my other community: Build Your Skool Community.

@Jan Schmaranzer yes indeed, figuring it all out as we go.
Just finished the video from Goose on "how to build a business that you don't hate"
And here are my main takeaways @Mindy Molein! So, first of all, you want to have a North Star, which is basically your long-term goal. You shouldn't get distracted by things that are fun in the short term but don't benefit in the long term. He gave an example of you building your business and being the entrepreneur of the business, trying to handle it all, and then you blow up and make 100K a month. He gave two examples of some people changing everything since they need to adapt to them making so much new money. The other ones just keep doing what's already working and try to only reduce their work and hire other people, for example, people that are doing sales for them to get more leverage and to be able to focus on fewer things but way deeper. If something is working, we should do more of that then better, and only then we should do new stuff. We shouldn't get caught by shiny objects that are only beneficial in the short term. If, for example, we want to build an app for our company in the short term, you could go and focus on that yourself, but that will cost a lot of time and energy that you can't put towards your business anymore. Hiring somebody to do that will be the long-term better option in that case. He also mentioned that you want to be around people that share your same passion.

Great summary!! These are such valuable point when anyone starts scaling, or even starting to earn money with what they do. Thanks for making the summary @Jan Schmaranzer For everyone else, you can find the video HERE.
