Just another comment in my own thread discussing why I fking joined this community. To gather knowledge on 'low calorie', high 'yum factor' foods that are hassle free to replicate. I find Nick's recipes and theories easy to comprehend and utilise. Fkn thanks for sharing Nick! What recipes has everyone tried so far?

I like researching (rolling on social media and eventually collecting alot of food information such as recipes and knowledge of what ingredients do and sometimes how to grow them fruits/vegetables) then googling to fact check it if it seems to good to be true, surprisingly the content creators who's main focus is healthier alternatives on how to make something are true most of the time 👌
