Homework #3
Prošlog vikenda, to je bio pravoslavni Uskrs. Naša cerka je došla iz Takome. Kuvali smo jagnjetine. Bila je lepa proslava.

Vrlo dobro Kerol, hvala na postu!/Very good Carol, thank you for your post. 1. Prošlog vikenda, to je bio pravoslavni Uskrs/Last weekend it was Orthodox Easter. (very good, but "to" is unnecesary. In English we have that "it" of course - IT was Orthodox Easter; but in Serbian we would just say: Prošli vikend je bio pravoslavni Uskrs. 2. Naša ćerka je došla iz Takome/Our daughter came from Tacoma (great job) 3. Kuvali smo jagnjetine/We cooked lamb (Technicaly correct, not as natural though. We would say We prepared lamb or We grilled lamb. Spremali smo jagnjetinu or Pekli smo jagnjetinu) 4. Bila je lepa proslava/It was a nice celebration (all good) Great job!! 👏

Hey, Nenad. Just a quick note of thanks. I appreciate you recording our online class meetings and sharing them. With unfamiliar/new vocabulary, it’s helpful to hear it again. And just for fun, зашто само Ана има питања? Зар Марко нема питања? 😆

Week 11 video lesson
Guys week 11 lesson is uploaded and ready. Please excuse the heavy delay, I had a major deadline this week for a large project I've been working on for at least two months.
