New Classrooms
Hello guys, we are planning new classrooms. Next up is home training. After that we were planning on going for recovering for injuries. If you have any topic you want to add / discuss please tell us. Sounds great! Been suffering from several ankle ligament ruptures along the way. Even if rehabilitating them is rather well known, would be nice to hear if there are any sports specific advices e.g. to warm up related to goofy ankles. Another thing which is also rather well known but not often discussed within muay thai: Sitting long hours in the office really affect my kicking ability. Especially stifness around pelvic area. Getting hips easily opened after long work days and guess even better to have the range of motion available at all times would be a killer.
