Thank you for being here and thank you for being such fun. Now I have a very simple request. If you all could please stop responding to all posts for 24 hours so that I can get back to work and do the things I need to do over here, that would be wonderful. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. P.S. Does anybody know anything about coins and medals and stuff like that? I have recently been reconnecting with some of my family's past items and trying to piece together some of the history. Just curious if anyone knows any connections in that area. Thank you so much.

@Gareth Parkes love it. Your suggestions triggered a few things, yeah. I didn't add in all the places that I would love to touch on. If I had my druthers, I would just move back for a year or two and chill out exploring and having fun in all the places I grew up in around Southern Africa and even up into Tanzania and further that I love, but Addo would definitely be on the list of course. You also triggered me to remember Bourke's Luck and God's Window area and places like that. So, I mean, I guess what I'm saying is I just need a rolling tour of Southern Africa for a couple of years to satisfy all my itches and then move on with life at least for a little while until my heart starts crying again for my beloved country.

Not a Local, but am local adjacent...

So, my name is Dar and I am NOT form SA. I am in fact from Alaska/USA. HOWEVER, Ollie Wang and I are friends, so I consider myself SA adjacent. Plus I have met a few more of you that I recognize in here in my other communities. Funny enough we seem to follow each other about. I also have friends in West Africa so am very interested in making connections to help them if I can and to more importantly learn about Africa in general. Can't wait to tool about and get to know everyone. But for now I am off to bed. It's midnight my time.
